What if there is something I want to change on a certain invitation design? Please contact us and we will be able to help you get your perfect invitation design.

Is the invitation image that I see exactly what it will be when printed? Colours may slightly change from screen to print depending on the printer and also your screen resolution. 

What do your prices mean? Our prices are done by how much that option is to add for 1x invitation for the Printing Option. If you choose the Digital File Only there will only be the one time charge. 

What currency are your prices in? We are located in Australia, so our prices are in AU Dollars. 

What is the minimum number I can order at one time? For our invitations we do have a minimum quantity of 20x invitations per order for our Printed Options and for our bomboniere candles we have a minimum of 10x candles per order. We do recommend ordering a few extras for any last minute or forgotten guests. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? For printed orders and bomboniere candles you will receive a proof to your contact email within 5 business days, once the proof has been confirmed, your order will be completed and sent out within 2 weeks. Please note, this turnaround time is an estimate depending on the time of year and your order quantity. Bomboniere and printed orders can take up to 2-4 weeks after your approval date. For digital file only orders you will receive your design to your contact email within 5 business days. And for initial candles your order will be dispatched within 5 business days.

Will I see a proof of my invitation before they all get made and sent? Yes most definitely, you will receive a proof to your contact email within 5 business days of your order date.

Do you return? Due to the nature of our business being personalised and handmade products, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund.
